Default Super Protector for motorcycle - doesn't work

I bought a Super Protector Plate for my bike. It did not work for me. For some teason when directly viewing the plate from a straight on viewing the entire number is blocked, and at angles when it should be blocking the numbers I can see the numbers. I initially thought it was the angle of the Super Protector and plate. So I purchased some stainless steel hardware and spacers so that the plate angle is more straight up/down. I experimented with a variety of mounting positions. Still did not work. I have given up.

I cannot recommend the Super Protector cover to anyone based on my experiences with this product. I have taken it off my bike before I get a ticket for obstructing my plate as it isn't viewable at any normal viewing angles. Don't waste your money.

I don't use a Super Protector Plate as we don't have photo radar where I live (as far as I know).

Off-topic, but what kind of bike do you have?

You have the cover on backwards! Flip it around and it'll work as advertised :P

JTW, Thanks a bunch... I could have sworn I did flip the ***beep*** thing around. I just went out in the garage and took a look. Sure as anything I flipped it and it looks a lot better. God I feel like an idiot. Thanks for the input.

SteathR1, I ride a Kawasaki Concours. Here are a couple of pics of my baby:

Thanks, I set it up for long haul rides... I found myself with soft luggage hanging all over the place, and stacked high. Just figured I might as well get something a little more durable and waterproof. Here in Colorado I never know what the weather is going to do. She is nothing near the level of performance of that R1 for sure! But she gets me around... I call it the mini-wing
