(No pun intended, keep your head down!)
I didn't see any threads directly mention this so I figured I'd offer up a warning. The helmet is your most vulnerable spot to punchthroughs with laser. I'm sure others who have had tests with motorcycles can attest to this. Due to the low front profile JTG results are common with most jammers, but with the laser operator aiming at JUST the bike. In the test where I was shooting, anytime I wanted with at any range under 1000ft with any gun I could get a PT on the helmet. This is of course relating to more of an up right crusing riding position, a sportbike rider in a tuck would have a better chance. Now in the realworld I would guess most operators aim for the bike at first, but if they don't get a reading there is a chance they will start aiming around, so you probably want to get down to the PSL ASAP, as well as keeping your head down.
