Tinted windscreens

Need a new windscreen for my Aprilia. Had been using the stock clear. Was thinking about an aftermarket darker one. Will this limit my range? Laser worries? Thanks.

Take a look at the Valentine site. Tinted windshields affect Laser and I think the reflective metal screens also affect radar.

Your tinted screen will have no effect on radar, only the laser
