Default How and where to mount on a Buell Ulysses

I just picked up a Buell Ulysses in black and want to install my M27 on it but don't know where is the best location. Since this is basically a naked bike, my mounting options are very limited. I've tried rigging something up to the wire headlight covers but it's not stable. Thinking about getting or creating some sort of fork mount. The under headlight option (if I can figure out how to make that work) is marked in RED while the fork location is marked in Yellow. For the red option I would use one head and possibly two heads would be used for the yellow option.

What do you guys think is the best mounting location and any tips on how to mount this to a naked bike? Also, I have painted my helmet flat black and will be buying a black leather jacket to round out the protection.

Your headlight is going to be the dark, especially at night. I don't have laser jammer on my Suzuki dark blue SV650 with big double headlight. At night I can get close enough to see the reflection of the LEO laser lens before he puts the gun down.

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you implying I won't need any jammers on the bike? I bought one because I got nailed on my last bike, a Yamaha FZ-1N, via laser. That bike has a huge headlight, though and I was wearing a helmet with a large, frontal, white patch.

I'd mount a sinlge head in the red area. If you're wearing a flat black helmet and dark clothing, and assuming a level and aligned install, you should be fine in all engagement scenarios.

I have a jammer on my bike. It only makes sense as I can pick off bikes with almost any laser gun at 1500+ ft. Not as easy as aiming at a car but if you're really steady with the gun, a motorcycle can be easily locked in as quick as 1 sec.
