Blackstone, Massachusetts Signs 3-Year, Multi-System Automated Traffic Enforcement Contract With Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc.
The First Program to Provide for Automated Red Light and Fixed & Mobile Speed Enforcement in New England

PROVIDENCE, RI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 14, 2006 -- Nestor, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEST), the parent company of Providence-based Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc. (NTS), a leading provider of advanced traffic enforcement solutions, is pleased to announce that the Town of Blackstone, Massachusetts entered a contract with NTS for the provision of automated traffic enforcement systems and services. The contract calls for NTS to install, maintain and operate the CrossingGuard® automated red light camera system at three approaches. Two fixed speed enforcement units and two mobile speed enforcement units will also be provided under the new contract. The term of the contract is three years.
