St. Andrews and West St. Paul are looking at bringing in photo radar.
The Deputy Reeve for the Rural Municipality of West St. Paul Bruce Henley tells CJOB, the police are over-extended, and photo-radar may be the most cost effective way of getting drivers to slow down:

The photo radar zones would be limited to playground, school and construction zones, as they are in Winnipeg. An application still has to be made to the province before taking action. Henley says implementation could still be months away.
