Cops say a man from the Mariners Harbor section of Staten Island pulled over for speeding Monday morning has racked up a triple-digit number of driver's license suspensions.
Manuel Rivera, 34, of Union Avenue, has had his license suspended 115 times, most of them for failing to pay a fine or show up in court, and has even spent four months in jail, according to cops.
"I knew I had some, but not that many," Rivera allegedly told cops. "I was arrested before for the same thing."
This time around, police pulled Rivera over on the Staten Island Expressway, near the Todt Hill Road exit, after spotting him going 72 mph and swerving from lane to lane, court papers allege.
Rivera was charged with unlicensed driving and felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
