I hope that the Florida federal prosecutor who sought sex with a 5 year old girl gets life in prison. Isn't amazing what stuff comes out of Florida under Jeb Bush's watch as governor? Its been going on for a few years now -- aside from that fact that they stole the election for Bush -- after Diebold corrupted the election results in Ohio.

Thats the way I see it! This post of mine may indeed qualify as 100% BS.

State trooper captain arrested, fired

PELHAM - The captain of the Birmingham post of the Alabama State Troopers surrendered to Pelham police Friday on sexual abuse charges.

Capt. Keith Wilson Kelley faces charges of first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse and was fired Friday by Col. Chris Murphy, director of the Alabama Department of Public Safety.

Kelley surrendered to Pelham Police Friday afternoon and was booked in the Shelby County Jail. He was later released after posting $100,000 bond on each charge.

Kelley, who was promoted to captain Aug. 1, was placed on mandatory leave Thursday, after an investigation by DPS and Pelham police.

The charges stem from a complaint Pelham police received Wednesday involving Kelley and an alleged sexual assault.

The Tucson police officer who hit and killed a pedestrian Feb. 12 will not face criminal charges, the chief criminal deputy of the Pima County Attorney's Office said.
"There was insufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt," Dave Berkman said. "There needs to be reckless conduct for a felony, and we didn't find that."
Officer Timothy Coussens was speeding at the time he hit the Rev. Timothy J. Fleming, a Catholic priest, in the 8400 block of East Broadway. Fleming was on his way to catch a bus to the airport, police said. Berkman said investigators concluded that Coussens' speed was between 42 and 66 miles per hour. The speed limit in the area is 40 mph.
