Around 5,000 drivers are set to take on the New South Wales Roads and Traffic Authority to fight thousands of dollars in speeding fines which they claim were unfairly issued.
The group have all been pinged along a new speed camera hotspot at King Georges Road at Beverly Hills but say there's no proper warnings signposted along the strip.
NRMA President Alan Evans says they've seen it all before.
"As we did with the Lane Cove Tunnel issue we will have a very close look at it, and if there is a case there that people weren't adequately informed that there were speed cameras in operation then we will tackle it with the RTA."
