Highway Patrol to crack down on speeders

Speeders, watch out.
The Highway Patrol is will be cracking down on speeders for two weeks beginning tomorrow with Operation Slow Down.
For two weeks beginning Tuesday, law enforcement throughout the state will focus on drivers speeding on interstates and major four-lane highways.
Speed is the leading cause of traffic fatalities and collisions in North Carolina, according to a press release from the Highway Patrol.
