The Monroe County Sheriff's Department says its going to crack down on speeders and aggressive drivers.

It got a grant from the DOT to help cut down on deadly crashes. The department says it will have zero tolerance for speeding and aggressive driving and for people who aren't wearing seat belts.

The campaign will last through September and will focus on the Township of Oakdale, east of Tomah. The sheriff's department says statewide, speed was a factor in nearly 40 percent of deadly crashes.
