Red Bank Police have a new way to catch speeders...but it doesn't stay in one place.
The mobile traffic van is equipped with radar and a camera.
Sgt. Daniel Knight says he gets reports of speeding almost daily.
He thinks the van will provide better enforcement.
Sgt. Daniel Knight: "You never know where it's going to be or what time it's going to be out. So it keeps drivers aware...and aware of their speed."
Problems areas include school zones, Dayton Boulevard, Morrison Springs, and two lane side roads.
For the next month...police will give out warning tickets, but starting on March 14th violators will receive a 50-dollar ticket
