A visible, marked cruiser (or what appears to be one) is *always* the best thing to truly increase traffic safety in any area.

I dont, but it sure would slow down speeders, its a good idea.

Yep, anything that has those distinct taillights or headlights of a vic will trigger a immediate hit to the brake pedal or a downshift. I have alot of problems with the old people who drive Mercury Grand Marquis' around since they look like a vic until you're right up on it.
