Traffic Enforcement Stepped Up Around Indy
By Devon Scott

Quite a few people on Indianapolis' west side saw flashing lights in their rearview mirrors Wednesday morning - that's because they ran a red light or had road rage.

It's all part of a two-month long enforcement effort by the Marion County Traffic Safety Partnership.

Don Bickel says officers are targeting specific intersections where a lot of crashes have happened and are keeping a close eye out for violators.

They are looking for speeders, people who run red lights, and aggressive drivers.
