They’re caused by drinking, drugs and inattentiveness. The old adage that speed kills just isn’t realistic. The safest speed is the speed that is correct for that roadway at a given time. A lot of speed limits are set artificially low.”
I couldnt agree more with this statement, that and unware driver.

Yes, I found that statement very true indeed. So while people scold us for being the main cause of accidents, here's an official simply saying its not true. So all the more reason for countermeasures to protect our pockets ..
