If there is one thing I don't like it's this. When I was younger I got pulled over at least twice a month. Every other time I was asked if they could search my car and for the few exceptions here and there I always said NO.
I only said no because I was embarrassed of my car most of the time. It was trashed on the inside. Cigarettes, beer bottles whatever at that time. We might ride 4 or 5 people in the car at times so who knows what was in there.
Officers would always do the plain view thing. They would open the doors and just get all up inside. Even moving my visor down and telling me they are not searching the vehicle. Just plain view crap.
Now watch this video. The kid says no I don't want you to search my car. They bring the dog out which is fine. But watch what happens in the middle of the video. Then Listen to the officer they interview and what he says. Just bull. So much for your rights.
