Winter Speeders to Face Steep Fines
MILWAUKEE - The Wisconsin State Patrol is warning drivers to adjust their speeds while on ice-covered roadways. The agency says it is illegal to drive at speeds that exceed what is "reasonable and prudent" under existing road conditions. Drivers are required to take into account both the actual and potential hazards due to weather.
The State Patrol says violators will be fined nearly $200 and four demerit points will be added to their record.

They need to do that here! Texas drivers suck on ice they have no sense in there trucks and suv's. This morning i avoided 6 accidents and almost rear ended a car in front of me. Over 70 accidents were reported in 15 min this morning
