Calgary driver wins battle over photo radar ticket
A Calgary man fought the law - and won!
Sean Libin successfully fought an $89 photo radar ticket after asking for "disclosure" on his case, and finding out the radar certificate on the camera being used had expired months before.
Libin was ticketed on July 12th, 2008, yet the radar certificate for the camera had expired on March 31st.
He says thousands of other drivers are likely impacted, and is urging others to check for the same type of mistake.
