Photo enforcement might be all heat and no light when it comes to pressing state issues, according to the latest Rocky Mountain Poll.
A survey of 800 Arizonans on what issues lawmakers and Gov. Jan Brewer should tackle ranked job creation and improved public education as the top two issues, with 62 percent and 32 percent, respectively.
Photo enforcement ranked at the bottom, at 1 percent.
The poll contacted 800 Arizonans Jan. 28 and 29, as the Legislature was beginning to work out the details of a deficit-reduction plan that cut state budgets. The poll has a margin of error of 3.5 percent.
After job stimulus and improved education, those in the survey listed immigration reform, tax reform and health-care improvements.
