    Department of Public Safety issuing , "Operation Care" . Will be starting week of Memorial Day. Officers will be checking for Speed, Seatbelt use and Child Restraints.

    oh yay..ya when its click it or ticket, the cops stop you for any reason if a reason at all..i guess i'll watch my speed more closely...NOT!!!

    Operation CARE is a federal program, so keep an eye out across the country as I know a few other states go public about sipporting this program too.
