UHP Cracking Down on Construction Zone Speeders David Wells Senior Web Producer 11:31 AM MDT, June 8, 2009 SALT LAKE CITY - Drivers who speed through construction zones in Utah have been subject to double fines for years, but that isn't enough to deter many motorists. Jeff Nigbur of the Utah Highway Patrol. FOX 13's Nineveh Dinha reports.
