Speeders, drivers without licenses and other traffic law violators, beware.
The Guam Police Department Highway Patrol Division will be beefing up its enforcement of Guam's traffic laws with an operation beginning at 3 p.m. today, according to a GPD release.
Officers will be looking for traffic violations including speeding; not using seat belts; expired license plates, tags and registration; equipment violations; operating without a front license plate; tint violations; and defective mufflers. If a driver without a license is cited, the registered owner of the vehicle will be cited as well, the release stated.
