WINFIELD -- Make sure to get the snow and ice off your vehicle if you're driving this winter. It's a safety issue and a state law in West Virginia.
"That's a primary cause for a stop. You can be wrote for an obstructed windshield. If you have only cleared a small little square, that could be considered reckless driving," says Cpl. J.P. Murphy of the West Virginia State Police, Winfield Detachment.
