Road Rage with a 2-year old in your car... fantastic. I am not a 'little kids fan' but d@mn that pi$$es me off...

If the two idiots want to Darwin themselves go for it:

But the father should have got away from that dump-truck ASAP. Don't hang around the d@mn thing if it is driving aggressively around you. You can easily out-accelerate it and be gone with the wind... that gun wouldn't of helped him if the dump-truck driver decided to go full-out and slam him off the road.

As for the dump-truck driver... what a numbskull, it is likely he would have seen the child (pending some odd reason ie: tint) so he should have immediately stopped then, but even if he hadn't known about the kid to risk your commercial license (not sure what the license laws are there, but I assume it is a CDL type equivalent) over a merging incident.

Stupid. Luckily the little pup-chow wasn't hurt.

PS: How does this guy have a handgun license (if he does!?!) I mean WHY does he have one rather... if he can only hit a DUMP TRUCK with 4-of-13 shots, how the heck is that ever going to protect him!?!

The driver of the Jaguar, a 25-year-old Woodbridge man, was arrested and charges are pending.

The driver of the dump truck, a 44-year-old Woodbridge man, was charged with reckless driving.

Gotta get those reckless driving tickets in!!! Big bucks for the state

On a side note I Doubt VSP even cared, they just wanted to issue them tickets to make money. I love I-95, it's a thrill driving on there, seen it all, done it all.

Damn, he couldn't land more than 4 shots on a dump truck while standing still? I thought he was driving or something while shooting, but apparently, he walked out of his car and shot at the dump truck...and somehow managed to miss 9 times. Glad no stray bullets hurt anyone.

There's got to be more to this story than what's in the article. They don't say what caused the road rage, what the aggressive driving was, etc. Regardless, this has dumbass written all over it.

almost everything is reckless driving in Virginia. You get into a very minor accident that could not be avoided, if the LEO's determines you to be at fault the charge is.........guess, keep guessing......reckless driving!

    Reckless Driving (Felony or Misdemeanor)
Reckless driving—speeding in excess of 80 mph
    (11 years)
Reckless driving—speeding 20 mph or more above
the posted speed limit (11 years)
    Reckless driving—racing (11 years)
    Reckless driving—passing or overtaking an
    emergency vehicle (11 years)
    Reckless driving—passing a school bus (11 years)
Reckless driving—passing on the crest of a hill
    (11 years)
Reckless driving—passing at a railroad crossing
    (11 years)
    Reckless driving—passing two vehicles abreast
    (11 years)
    Reckless driving—driving two vehicles abreast
    (11 years)
Reckless driving—driving too fast for conditions
    (11 years)
Reckless driving—failing to give a proper signal
    (11 years)
    Reckless driving—faulty brakes/improper control
    (11 years)
Reckless driving—on parking lots, etc. (11 years)
    Reckless driving—with an obstructed view
    (11 years)
    Reckless driving—generally (11 years)

These are all the classifications of reckless driving in Virginia, all of which you can get without being in a crash.

but yeah road rage is stupid. I dont even get upset if i get cut off, happens sometimes. Traffic in northern Virginia is just like oral sex in the sense that sometimes you are giving, sometimes you are receiving.

Yeah I posted awhile back about a girl who I've known for years (shes pretty hot too) got into a fender bender in Virginia when it was pouring rain, she slid into another car that had slid into another car. Very minimal damage, no one was hurt. State Trooper came and issued them all reckless driving tickets. Nice Virginia.

Haha this is so true. I actually think it's funny driving through DC and NOVA because everyone is crazy. It's a thrill. Like I said before, driving on 95 and through there I have seen it all and done it all. Not much surprises me anymore, and I have only been driving for 4 years.
