Lets hope that they will ban them from Missouri. I do believe anybody texting(young or old) should be fined.

I have to agree that its dangerous for anyone to be screwing around with objects in their car of any sort. Not just texting. So as always I have to say I dislike the ban. Not only do I dislike the texting ban for that reason but because there is no true way without looking at the persons phone to see if that's what they were actually doing. I dislike that.

Is there anyway we can track this bill?

The texting ban is B.S. How can you say a person was texting and not taking picture, or even operating a scanner?

I'm sorry but I didn't say it right. I mean ban the Red Light Cameras and fine people who are texting when they are driving down the road.
