Indeed. I especially like how the fines in San Carlos went into the toilet when the yellow light times were increased.

I really wish NYC would consider increasing yellow light times at RLC intersections. After all, it's all about the safety.

O-Rly? Ya think... extended yellow lights so people can make it safely through an intersection helps cut down on violators... you could have fooled me.


I so wish they would extend all the yellow lights around here by a good second or two.
