    One of the basic tenets of law is the ability for the accused to face their accuser. The machine is simply a tool of law enforcement. It's why the radar gun doesn't take the stand in the courtroom, the police officer does. I believe we still need the officer to make the case.

    It's a bad idea to have machines blindly accusing violations of the law.

    Just shows you how stupid the town and police are. They should have just let this guy go when he brought this all up in court, but no they wanted to make an example of him and he won and now they have high level court ruling and as it was pointed out in the article any person can walk in court and now say it must be dismissed.

    I have seen this in court when the court sees what direction someone is heading they just dismiss since they do no want the secret out or have a president set.
