Oh hell yeah it does. When I was taking the I-70 drive last weekend, I got behind some of the slowest , left lane hogs. Nothing causes you to be more aggressive than those fools.

It's funny how most police will ticket a speeder, but a person who impedes the flow of traffic does not even get a second thought.

For some reason, putting Troop F's mobile repeater in your scanner is better than than V1. I've noticed a lot of trooper activity in st. louis lately.
