How in the world would you ticket somebody for low windshield fluid? How low can they get? Apparrently pretty LOW!

Truckers get nailed for that one quite often during roadside inspections here in the US. As a trucker you are required to do 2 inspections a day, post trip and pre trip, and that is one of the things you check daily. Never seen cars being checked for this though.
