I wish we didn't NEED traffic cameras at all and people would just drive sensibly and respect traffic lights.
Yeah.....RIGHT!
Hold your breath and wait for that to happen. People are driving worse and worse and more and more dangerously. Do we just allow it? Accept the increased injuries and fatalities as part of modern living? Fine....until it happens to you or YOUR family.
How about PUBLIC FLOGGING like they do in Iran? Beating someone with a fiberglass whip until their skin peels and they bleed from the lacerations....taking up to a year to recover sometimes...and sometimes even resulting in death.
YEAH! That would be MUCH better than a damn camera and a stupid fine any day!
America has become the land of the weak and disrespectful because we're too concerned with giving criminals and low life's their RIGHTS at the expense of common sense and at the expense of the few who DO still live their lives without imposing on others.
I'll say it again...."Complete Freedom = Complete Anarchy" because too many people have no respect for others.
That said...I HATE more government.
