Hang 'em high, I say. It's alright to be a little cautious to check for cross traffic but it's not OK to let 5 other cars get stuck at the next red light because you're too busy doing your hair. Fairfax does a lot of goofy things, but I have to give them credit, as long as they're not just using this as a front for writing more speeding tickets.
