NJ - Sand Road residents say speed tables are ineffective

I assume those are speed signs. Yea, I'd agree with the town. Recently one town here in Nassau County put up a Ka/K band sign, but people will speed regardless. For them, 99.9% of the time there are no cops by the sign so they don't care.... but... this new sign by me is run on a Ka and there IS most of the time a LEO there running his Ka band radar.

The only way to make the sign effective is to have a LEO run enforcement there about 2 or so days a week.

If you read the article you'd see their similar to speed bumps, not speed signs.
