Lol, the leos seem to crawl into a hole when poor weather conditions hit my area. I get few encounters as is on a "normal" day compared to most places. When weather gets bad, leos are totally nonexistent.

They do the same around here. I see them before the winter storms , but when there is actually snow on the ground good luck. There are a few exceptions to the situation however, like the small towns that have the "got to get em" attitude.
