Looks like an LTI TruCam - basically a Truspeed with a built-in video camera. I think they came out not too long after the Truspeed came out.

+1 trucam.both units have been out for sometime now. trucam is not approved to be used in USA yet.its used in other countries then here.Originally Posted by kpatz
