Well I agree with the lawyer... he certainly was handed down a much harsher punishment than one would expect.
Time for a new lawyer... though, when you get kids and the church involved (in proximity... whatever that means)... you darn well know that you are in for a punishment like no other: "Won't somebody thinK of the CHILDREN!!!!"
I am honestly glad to see this though, shows no one is above the law. Now if they just did this in Hollywood... oh and to other police officers... we'd be good.
Ok, I'm totally uneducated on most things NASCAR, but that just sounds wrong to me. Don't they have some sort of qualification to make sure that newbies won't just crash in turn one of their first practice lap? I mean, even the SCCA requires a license for racing on a track. It's separate from a state-issued license (which basically proves you can fog a mirror and maybe park if you're allowed to back up three times), but it's still a license.Busch, who doesn't need a license to compete in NASCAR
