I know exactly where that is. He would have been doing 120 through a construction zone with a trooper in pursuit. I have seen troopers there a lot lately, as well as a couple of miles South of where she said she spotted him.
I honestly didn't think that an trooper would ticket a cop like that. I will still decline using LEOs for rabbits
It's good to see cops being busted for being stupid...too many cops think that they are above the law and other cops will not doing anything to them.
I hope he spends some time in jail and looses his job.
A It was handled improperly.
B She doesn't belong there.
Man, that was bad. Should have been handled as an admin stop. From my past experience, it would have landed him in just as much trouble if not more. Done in this manner will result in problems between agencies.

She did good treating him like she would any other driver. Should have charged him with running from the police and/or fleeing... something like that, too.
Mayor has to chime in too...saying no one should have to drive 120mph. IMO, that's just like saying trucks never have to go above 65mph. Anybody who talks out of their rear like that should be subjected to driving a 65mph speed limited vehicle for a year. I bet they would have a different tune, especially trying to safely pass someone.

Wonder how the cop is going to be treated now? There are unwritten rules there.
