I like how they blamed the other driver, excuse me I can clearly see he has his turn signal on and the police can not assume they person driving even saw or heard him coming. the officer should have realize they with his turn signal on he might turn.

You can? This is an honest question. I know it's a crappy video but I couldn't see anything blinking, and it did look like they slowed down almost to the point of stopping.

    • No signal (that I could see)
    • Slowing down to about six miles an hour to make a left turn
    • Failing to notice a police car

I'm going to go out on a limb and say we're dealing with a crappy driver here...

X2....The LEO is totally at fault. He passed on the double yellow line. Then he came into oncoming traffic lane...Oh yea, at a high rate of speed.

If I was the driver of the car I would be getting a nice check from the State. In Virginia they would have given the cop a ticket for reckless driving and failed to yield right of way...

I am guessing the cop was doing 70 plus in what looks like a 25-35 zone. The driver would not have had time to react to stupidity. The only way going this fast is ok is if your screen name is "2ooo1oDR".

Most States only rescue vehicles can run red lights. Cops are required to come to a complete stop at red lights.

The only time they get burned is when they are involved in an accident. This is when they pull this rule out and the cop is toast.
