City officials allowed a mistake in the contract with a Tennessee company to slip through. Sounds like they either need a new city attorney, or they were so eager to do this that they didn't even bother to have him look over the contract.

I would expect the red light camera company to be willing to fix the contract, or I'd be putting up signs that just happen to completely block the cameras' view until they did.

The state of Illinois just took over the city of East St. Louis, so it will be interesting to see what happens now. As far as the vendor changing it's contract, I'd doubt it, the are making all the money , why would they choose not too? Although I think they are dirty.
