MAX failed to detect for 2nd time in collin county texas

hey all

i just received another speeding ticket today.. just like the first time, Max never detected anything.

the police car drove towards me, and when i finally noticed it, it was already too late

BTW the MAX went off 5 times later in the same hour!

any recommendations?
anyone aware of any new tech been used here in texas ?

Kinda scarce w/ details,guy.
Was it a DPS Trooper or Local ?
He coulda been using VASCAR.
Maybe he was the pursuit LEO returning to his lair & his partner was parked elsewhere as the Shooter.

it was local prosper police, only one car

what is VASCAR ?

what bands they normally use here is it KA only or X as well ?

When a cop does Math using a cheat sheet and two landmarks. Now please correct me or fill in more details if there is needed any. But this is my generic understanding of VASCAR.

Well then, you still havn't answered the other question.
If it was a State Trooper it couldn't be X-band...they only use Stalker Radar which is Ka-band.
However, if it was a Local Yokels or a Sheriff there have been reports some Counties are STILL using X-band radar.

You confused me b/c you type in mostly "lowercase" letters. Normal when mentioning a Town or City people will use capital letters where it is appropriate.

If you would have typed Prosper,TX police I would have caught on immediately.

btw, how likely X band is used by any sort of inforsment in the DFW area ?
