Scottsdale police arrested another driver suspected of speeding faster than 100 mph on the Loop 101.
Jessica Elizabeth Jaques, 19, was taken into custody early Friday morning and charged in connection to several separate incidents of criminal speeding, police said.
The arrest was Scottsdale's third of a suspected reckless Loop 101 driver since the city started regulating the 65 mph speed limit with speed cameras between Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard in January.

Another man was arrested earlier this month for blocking his face with his jacket to avoid photo enforcement speeding tickets on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
Jaques was charged with several misdemeanors, including three counts of endangerment, three counts of reckless driving and seven counts of excessive speed.
The woman's speed varied from 76 to 107 mph in the incidents between Feb. 7-28, police said. Cameras captured the speeds.
Jaques also received one civil traffic violation.
In February, Scottsdale detectives arrested Patrick J. McCarville, 27, of Phoenix and Leslie Daven, 29, of Scottsdale, on suspicion of driving 110 mph on Loop 101.
