FOP etc. window stickers?

I guess this is the correct forum for asking this off the wall question...
.
Do any traffic cops care about us chumps who donate to their causes and get these yearly stickers to put in the back window of your car?

Just curious.

No they just are happy that you donated more $$$ for them to buy even better speed detection equipment. Ohio State Troopers personally call my house for donations and i tell them to use the money they got from my wife's speeding ticket

Good question...

Unless you have a FOP license plate (reserved for LEO's only) or a PBA Shield (also for LEO only) the little stickers don't amount for much.

Even with the above, if you drive like an idiot, you can pretty much count on a ticket too. "MasterBadge" don't work like it used to...

Is that what the damn things are called "MasterBadge"? Is this what allows LEO's to break the law and get away with it for a perk of the job? :wink:

anyway all i know it helps down here. cops are kinda cool down here
some i talked to but others all asses up the pootshoot!! its cool ido mything
anyway i am allways droping the hammer!

I really hate those COPS ARE TOPS stickers.......people think it will get them off a ticket...

My stickers have gotten me out of several tickets. They read:

"Your eyes look glazed. Have you been eating donuts?"
"D.A.R.E. - Donut Awareness & Resistance Education"
"Bad cop. No donut!"

Of course the trips to jail really suck but hey, I did not get a ticket.

We like to call it professional courtesy. Definatly does not work like it used to.
