Has anyone ever tried painting chrome colored surfaces like a cars grill and front portions of trim to reduce laser punchthrough? Would using Veil be more effective on those surfaces than black paint?
I'd hate to spend $500-800 on a Blinder or Antilaser unit only to find out that my excess reflectivity is giving me 500-800ft punch throughs. I do plan to use Veil on the headlights. My current car is a Mercury Grand Marquis. I was thinking of changing the front grill to black or coating it in Veil even though Veil is not supposed to be used on painted surfaces. Any feedback would be appreciated.
