Have discovered a new game whilst sitting in a traffic jam the other day.
You know you can test your LPP and kill switch with a white piece of paper, however, I've found a great way to test your reaction times, "coolness" under pressure, check your LPP is actually working correctly and that the Cheetah killswitch does actually kill it.
You use a police car!
Here is the UK, the cop cars are plastered in retro-relective chevrons, so get about 10-15 feet from the back of one and your LPP goes ape.
I spent a great 20 mins stuck behind one, LPP going off, me casually killing it, cop rolls forward, switch LPP back on, roll forward, LPP goes off, kill it etc.
Of course this'll work for wired set ups too, but it was good to practice with the killswitch in a (sort of) real life environment.
It really takes the stress off when you can hear the sound, check your speedo, wait and then casually switch it off without having a heart attack or knowing that you're under fire.
Sort of brain training for LPP! :P
