Well, one thing I find amazing is how quickly the Navalert acquires signal. Much faster than my Nuvi or 9500i even with similar exposures.

    Default Accurate Speed

I use mine as a Speedometer.

I recently updated my NavAlert database and one intersection near my residence, the NavAlert tells me "Red Light Camera"; I slow to take a look at the intersection and I dont see anything that resembles a camera...

    Have anyone experienced this?

x2. it makes a great poor man's hud. i put it behind the registration stickers and made a "custom" dash enclosure for it (slapped a sticky pad on top ) to make it more stealth from thieves. it does go off quite a bit in the nyc area for speed cameras i don't think exist.

Looks it is tucked in, where did you get that sticky pad, it is a nice size.
