Mirror, V1, con. disp question

The RJ-11 cable that goes from the V1 adapter to the radar node seems to not be working. I've never been able to get it to work properly, and am just now really getting around to it. The cable supplied by V1 doesn't snap in all of the way, and I haven't gotten any other ones to work either...I'm guessing it has to be one with 4 wires in it and not just two. I don't know how to be more descriptive really, sorry. Anyone have an idea?

Can you please post a picture because I'm not sure what you're meaning.

It's an industry standard connector so unless Valentine have some units out there that have a non-standard connector from the power cord to the detector, then there should not be a problem.
