    Georgia uses it by ground only. Virginia still uses it by air.

    PA is king of VASCAR. Locals cant use radar/lidar, so they use VASCAR, pacing, and ENRADD.

    North Carolina and Mississippi are the two largest users of VASCAR according to the company that makes it. There is a new threat, Tracker, that is built into the Dual Stalker radar gun and it works just like stationary VASCAR. So every place that has the Dual Stalker radar units in place also have the capability of clocking you without radar.

    to the list I can also confirm PA and VA. Anywhere there's white stripes at regular intervals on the side of the highway, there is a strong potential, but based on how it works it's not hard for it to show up anywhere as it's just a tool.

    The PLIII has a "stopwatch" feature that does the same thing
