    Default LASER GLASSES?

Is it possible that some company could come out with a pair of glasses that will enable you to see the laser beams fired from the officer's gun? Is this idea far fetched or is it possible? I think it would help us defeat speed traps where Lidar is used if one could see the beam.

One would think you could do something with an IR camera. It's something I've thought about before but I bet it would be really expensive.

Can you see HappyA$$ driving around in his stealth fighter on wheels with laser jammers, radar jammers, scanners, Veil, radar detectors, and a pair of laser glasses cruising about 100 mph on the interstate.

Interesting...I think the night vision scopes basically do this. Maybe the people in the Cadillac Devilles and Hummers with the Night Vision can see the police laser...

As far as the beams go, I'm not sure if those could be seen...maybe a circle of light on someone's plate though

Then there's the "INFRARED GOGGLES FOR UNDER $10" :

    Jim,

Would those allow one to see the laser beam? It would be interesting to see

Who knows? I doubt it though, those would probably be too dim because of how they work, and they would need to be modified some for 904nm. Sounds like an interesting project though, I might have to try it out sometime.

I am wondering more about the night vision. I really wonder if someone running night vision in their Caddy could see it on the person's plate ahead when they are targeted? Someone should try that...
