Years ago I bought a GPSMirror, and it had problems. Whenever I tried to hit any of the buttons it would lock up. After talking with RacerX I was sent a replacement on the promise that I would send the original unit back. The replacement is still working great in my vette. I recently ordered a C50 for my new truck that will not get a satellite lock. I am dealing with Don Norton this time (maybe RacerX?), and they are sending me a new unit with the same conditions as above. I just wanted to tell this story because the customer service of this company is exceptional. I think that their quality control needs a lot of work, but the way that customers are treated by these guys is very uncommon these days. They treat me with respect, and answer my questions quickly. I will continue to buy SpeedCheetah products due to this. Great job, Cheetah!
