    Default SpeedCheetah customer service.

    Years ago I bought a GPSMirror, and it had problems. Whenever I tried to hit any of the buttons it would lock up. After talking with RacerX I was sent a replacement on the promise that I would send the original unit back. The replacement is still working great in my vette. I recently ordered a C50 for my new truck that will not get a satellite lock. I am dealing with Don Norton this time (maybe RacerX?), and they are sending me a new unit with the same conditions as above. I just wanted to tell this story because the customer service of this company is exceptional. I think that their quality control needs a lot of work, but the way that customers are treated by these guys is very uncommon these days. They treat me with respect, and answer my questions quickly. I will continue to buy SpeedCheetah products due to this. Great job, Cheetah!

    I was having some issues with the software for the C50 and Stuart, bless his heart, sent me email after email with support threads etc. Now he is going to send free of charge a CD ( I did offer to pay BEFORE he said it would be free). My point being that customer service is top notch- second to none.

    I purchased the C50 and it has worked flawlessly for the past few months. I vouch for this product and company.

    I had my C50 now for about two years now with no problem but I wish I had gotten the life-time member instead of three years.

    I have two cars fitted with Cheetah gear. A Mirror in one with an LDI and an RDI, one from my Blinder jammers, another from my Beltronics Magnum RD. The other car has an LDI from the Blinder jammers. All units have operated faultlessly for a few years now. However, my attempts to get the RDI working with my then Beltronics STi Driver, required the replacement of the first two RDIs purchased from Cheetah. Stuart was supportive then and replacement units were dispatched in quick time, and it appears he still provides excellent customer support. Most companies have stuff ups from time to time. It is satisfying when you find a company that stands by their product(s) in the way Speed Cheetah does.!! What more can you ask??

    I am glad that I had the foresight to get the lifetime database updates. No problems with the product or customer service. the C50 works like a charm.

    Hmmm. My post evaporated on me. Forgive me if this is a double.

    Don and Ally, both, were super helpful to me when I was confused about how to make something work. They were immediately responsive, and put a lot of help into getting me going.

    And over the years, when I've had a question or needed something or other, they've just been super. And it's always a pleasure dealing with them.

    I couldn't give a higher recommendation. You can count on these guys to be there for you. (Sometimes even on a Sunday, but don't quote me on that).

    Refreshing isn't it to have a company that listens to their customers knowing that a customer can always shop elsewhere.
