Like, Personal Digital Cameras?
Yeah, We Should Destroy Thoze Piecez of ****...
easy quite a few American see it as not our so called freedom and dislike being monitored. also those cameras do give out false readings and are more of a hassle then they are a help.
all photo enforcement is good for is increasing the state/cities revenue.
i have no problem with someone destroying the cameras although it is a waste of the tax money that was dedicated too it. in my city im pretty sure (hear say so not sure) that the vote was to not get the cameras yet they are being put up anyways.
also its the same thing near college station from what i have read in these forums
Usually the fines aren't huge, and we don't have that many of them here (depending on the state). Often, it's just easier to pay the small fine and keep on going with life.
There aren't any here in GA--
To fat to climb to where the cameras are.
I see the group MAD (motorists against detection) in the U.K destroys these all the time, but does it in the middle of the night. Can these cameras see your face in the middle of the night?
not unless your face is speeding.Originally Posted by proudNMAmember
where I live the cameras are 30 ft above the ground or 10ft above the ground plus its really noticeable by cops and people. Generally red light cams are a good thing, however, they don't work against tailgaters I mean if a cop is there he would pullover the last guy not you so a tailgater would be punished plus the redlights are timed to go off very fast just to trick people when I know I am near one I drive really slow and slam my brakes on for a yellow its actually pretty dangerous.
Can you say shotgun?
